Xtrak,
an External Accounting System to fully comply with Xerox Network Accounting specifications
in any Windows environment and can manage an unlimited number of Document Centres.
The
server based system software (ERS) from Copitrak Products manages: user, department
and account validation lists, pricing and discounting lists and has extensive
reporting capabilities. The validated user and account lists are stored at the
Document Centre and accessed through the keyboard by walk-up users.
On the network, to enhance customer convenience and flexibility, a client/server
application (Lasertrak) is included with our solution to automatically insert
user and account information in background without any screen pop-up or user intervention.
When an application calls for variable client input the Lasertrak pop-up has up
to four customer definable fields of validated entry.
Xtrak also can be licensed to monitor and manage all other brands of printer and
digital copiers giving customers a complete enterprise wide solution.
Xtrak not only supports Xerox Network Accounting but also is the backbone for
all Copitrak Cost Recovery Products including: Copitrak, Faxtrak and Lasertrak.
This product combination is ideally suited for all firms looking to monitor and
to manage their printing expenses in the most convenient fashion for both walk-up
and network usage.
