With ScanTrak, businesses can track, manage and assign costs associated with scanned paper documents. ScanTrak is available with the Eclipse or Pro terminals. ScanTrak allows users to track and bill for scanned jobs in the same fashion that they would for a photocopy. Users simply enter information regarding their user and account number as they currently do when preparing a photocopy. They execute the scan job at the multifunction device. ScanTrak sends the scanned document to a folder in a directory set up to receive scanned documents. Alternatively, ScanTrak can be set up to forward the scanned documents to an email address. Every scanned image is properly counted and the billing information is sent to the ERS system for billing.

	STEP 2. The Copitrak Scantrak Monitor software will be running on the MFP Scan Routing Server located at each office. It monitors all scan traffic for the MFP devices that are connected at that office. When a user logs into the Copitrak terminal Scantrak Monitor then waits for the scan job from the MFP device and counts the pages received and stores that information along with the User, Project Number, Date, Time and other transaction information on the Copitrak Server where it's ready for immediate reporting and transfer to the Accounting system.
		STEP 3. User receives the scan job with minimal effort! The Copitrak system eliminates the need for the user to search through templates on the MFP device. That speeds up the scanning process improving productivity and adding capture and accountability to the process at the same time!
STEP 1. Users log into the Copitrak terminal with a User ID and Client-Matter number and then press the Scan icon/button. The MFP device is then ready for Scanning. The user places the scan job on the MFP device, selects Scan from the control panel and presses the Start button. That's it! The Copitrak System will automatically route the scan job back to the users email or personal folder.
