DocuSync enables digital multifunctional copier/printers controlled by Copitrak terminals to synchronize network printing with walk-up copying. By associating each device with its network print queue, DocuSync ensures that no print jobs are sent to the digital copier/printer when the device is in use by a walk-up key operator. This feature solves the problem of complex walk-up jobs being interrupted by a network print job.

• Silently tracks all print job attributes including: Pages, Sets, Collation, Duplex, Color, Printer Port, Printer Driver, Network User, Source Document Name.
• Can warn or cancel jobs based on job size, recommending that users select the appropriate device for the size of their print jobs.

Secure Print Plus permits users to queue a document on the network and then use any Copitrak eClipse or Pro terminal to locate and release the document at the desired M.F.P device. User can print a Single preview copy and then print multiple copies. Users can request printing to any “like” M.F.P. within the network.
