The Copitrak PRO CFX terminal provides simultaneous control and tracking of both photocopier and single and dual facsimile usage as well as postage and miscellaneous charges. The terminal combines all of the features of the Copitrak PRO terminal and Faxtrak PRO terminals in one economical unit that is ideal for offices where a fax machine and photocopier are in close proximity.

The PRO terminal is a true Client/Server terminal, using State-of-the-Art TCP/IP communications, allowing terminals to communicate back to a central Copitrak server from any point within an existing LAN and WAN network.

The Distributed Information Access architecture built into the PRO allows much more than just simply tracking copies or fax. The PRO terminal will also let you view a profile of your last jobs, seamlessly search your client list based on variable criteria, help you complete your data entry with AutoFill. When linked with Lasertrak print control software the PRO terminal facilitates secure print for document release at any multifunctional copier/printer.

STEP 2. The Copitrak Scantrak Monitor software will be running on the MFP Scan Routing Server located at each office. It monitors all scan traffic for the MFP devices that are connected at that office.

When a user logs into the Copitrak terminal Scantrak Monitor then waits for the scan job from the MFP device and counts the pages received and stores that information along with the User, Project Number, Date, Time and other transaction information on the Copitrak Server where it's ready for immediate reporting and transfer to the Accounting system.
STEP 3. User receives his/her scan job with minimal effort! The Copitrak system eliminates the need for the user to search through templates on the MFP device. That speeds up the scanning process improving productivity and adding capture and accountability to the process at the same time!
STEP 1. Users log into the Copitrak Pro or Eclipse terminal with a User ID and Client-Matter number and then press the Scan icon/button. The MFP device is then ready for Scanning.

The user places the scan job on the MFP device, selects Scan from the control panel and presses the Start button. That's it! The Copitrak System will automatically route the scan job back to the users email or personal folder.
